Workshops

EPS delivers a range of business development programs based on individual and business needs. Workshops range from business building workshops, performance enhancement, business planning through to growth and succession workshops. Whilst workshops are rick in knowledge and content they are only part of the equation as we are well aware, based on experience and feedback from our clients, that many of the challenges come when putting things into practice! Recognizing that there is often a void between knowledge and implementation - we support all of our programs with a "silent partner" concept via coaching.

Coaching enables us to work with our clients on specific priorities based on individual and business objectives. A range of programs can be designed based on the needs at clients needs. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly and generally speaking, will continue for a predetermined period of time to ensure objectives are achieved.

Business Building Workshops
EPS conducts a series of Business Building Workshops for a range of industries. Workshops are conducted quarterly and are supported with a series of one on one coaching sessions to drive workshop outcomes, actions and objectives. In one eight-hour day per quarter, you will:

The Money is in the Planning
This workshop can be used at any management level, for: Strategic Planning; Tactical Planning; Operational Planning; or to define Business Plans for a project. It is therefore generically called a Business Planning Workshop.
Purpose
The purpose of the Business Planning Workshop is to develop a business plan or refine and develop existing plans. A strategy based analysis methodology is used to determine operation, growth and succession issues.
Preparation
To prepare for the Business Planning Workshop you will participate is a two hour alignment interview to get clarity on what, when, how and why your business needs a plan. The completed Questionnaire will be re distributed to participants at the start of the Business Planning Workshop for use as a catalyst to ongoing discussions.
Activities
During the Workshop, objectives or strategies and action that will enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives and direction will be fully examined and analysed.
