EPS delivers a range of business development programs based on individual and business needs. Workshops range from business building workshops, performance enhancement, business planning through to growth and succession workshops. Whilst workshops are rich in knowledge and content, we are well aware that this is only part of the equation. Based on experience and direct feedback from our clients, we know the challenges that come when putting things into practice and creating change! Knowing that there is often a void between knowledge and implementation, intended and actual - all of our programs are supported by a "silent partner" or put another way, a dedicated coach who will work with you and who provides ongoing assistance and accountability for you to implement desired changes and achieve the outcomes you seek.
Coaching enables our clients to work on specific priorities based on individual and business objectives. A range of programs have all been designed based on the needs of our clients. The regularity of sessions will depend on the outcomes you seek and your long term vision. Sessions are coordinated on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis and our guarantee is that "we will continue to stay engaged, irrespective of original agreement to ensure your collective objectives are achieved. This workshop is focused on Building Businesses. Workshops in this program are conducted quarterly over a twelve month period where workshops are supported by a series of ongoing one on one coaching sessions to drive outcomes, actions and objectives. In one eight-hour day per quarter, you will:
- Construct and review a detailed three year vision regarding your business and your life
- Review key points within your business and marketing plans
- Do exercises that force you to think differently and more strategically about your business
- Develop and implement a range of strategic focusing principles
- Create a ninety day plan of action
- Share and receive insights with peers from other industries
- Review progress and plan for the next ninety day period in your business
- Focus entirely on improving your business and your life, away from the office

The Money is in the Planning
This workshop can be used at any management level, for: Strategic Planning; Tactical Planning; Operational Planning; or to define Business Plans for a project. It is therefore generically called a Business Planning Workshop.
Purpose
The purpose of the Business Planning Workshop is to develop a business plan or refine and develop existing plans. A strategy based analysis methodology is used to determine operation, growth and succession issues.
Preparation
To prepare for the Business Planning Workshop you will participate is a two hour alignment interview to get clarity on what, when, how and why your business needs a plan. The completed Questionnaire will be re distributed to participants at the start of the Business Planning Workshop for use as a catalyst to ongoing discussions.
Activities
During the Workshop, objectives, strategies and action to drive the business to achieve its growth objectives are fully examined, analysed and designed.
Deliverables
Following this workshop you will have refined and agreed on the following points: -
- Establish a clear Mission and Purpose Statement for the business
- Have prioritized Goals and Objectives, Strategies, Action plans and review dates
- Identity and prioritize Markets, Products, Services and Distribution Channels
- Have documented statements regarding Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats
- Have a plan for implementation together with structured accountabilities and responsibilities
