Through a combination of assessments, practical learning methodology, one on one coaching and supporting resource material, this program affords individuals the opportunity to continually review, reflect and refine personal and professional performance, with the aid and support of a silent partner.

Unlike conventional training methods, this program is not restricted to a set agenda. Flexibility and diversity allow participants to focus on and develop the elements of performance deemed essential. The administration model supporting the program includes pre-work, detailed resource material, tracking and assessment of progress at the end of each session.
