EPS delivers a range of business development programs based on individual and business needs. Workshops range from business building workshops, performance enhancement, business planning through to growth and suuceession workshops. Whilst workshops are rick in knowledge and content they are only part of the equation as we are well aware, based on experience and feedback from our clients, that many of the challenges come when putting things into practice! Recogniosing that there is often a void between knowledge and implementation - we support all of our programs with a “silent partner” concept via coaching.

Coaching enables us to work with our clients on specific priorities based on individual and business objectives. A range of programs can be designed based on the needs at clients needs. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly and generally speaking, will continue for a predetermined period of time to ensure objectives are achieved.

Business Building Workshops
EPS conducts a series of Business Building Workshops for a range of industries. Workshops are conducted quarterly and are supported with a series of one on one coaching sessions to drive workshop outcomes, actions and objectives. In one eight-hour day per quarter, you will:

  • Construct and review a detailed three year vision regarding your business and your life
  • Review key points within your business and marketing plans
  • Do exercises that force you to think differently and more strategically about your business
  • Develop and implement a range of strategic focusing principles
  • Create a ninety day plan of action
  • Share and receive insights with peers from other industries
  • Review progress and plan for the next ninety day period in your business
  • Focus entirely on improving your business and your life, away from the office

Workshops are holistic in content and flexible in delivery. Topics covered include Business Planning, Achieving a Quantum Leap in Personal Growth and Development, Managing for the Maximum, Productivity Analysis, Change Management and Creativity. The Money is in the Planning
This workshop can be used at any management level, for: Strategic Planning; Tactical Planning; Operational Planning; or to define Business Plans for a project. It is therefore generically called a Business Planning Workshop.

Purpose
The purpose of the Business Planning Workshop is to develop a business plan or to refine an existing plan. A Strategy Based Analysis methodology is used to determine operation, growth and succession issues.

Preparation

To prepare for the Business Planning Workshop you will participate is a two hour alignment interview to get clarity on what, when, how and why your business needs a plan. The completed Questionnaire will be re distributed to participants at the start of the Business Planning Workshop for use as a catalyst to ongoing discussions.

Activities

During the Workshop, objectives or strategies and action that will enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives and direction will be fully examined and analysed.

Deliverables

Following this workshop, the deliverables produced are the following refined and agreed Business Planning statements:

  • Mission and Purpose for the business
  • Prioritised Goals and Objectives, Strategies and action and review dates
  • Prioritized Markets, Products, Services and Distribution Channels
  • Statements of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats
  • Implementation Accountabilities and Responsibilities
