After fifteen successful years in the Financial Services industry, Glenn's passion for Human Asset Development led him to establish Effective Planning Solutions Pty Ltd in 1996. Since then EPS has grown to be a respected and trusted industry partner with a wide and diverse range of corporate and business clients on a variety of initiatives and projects.
